We learn as children that the Romans fed the Christians to the lions. This seemed normal to us, after all the Christians were good and the Romans bad. We thought they must have not wanted to be good. The truth is more complicated. Why would the Romans try to stamp out the Christians? After all, they absorbed many religions, and were quite tolerant of almost every sect. But the Christians, along with the Druids, were different, for both they engaged in a centuries long struggle of extermination. Read More.
Good, high spirits, descend into the Lower Zones and below to help poor souls trapped in an atmosphere of ignorance and malevolence. Often they stand passive, awaiting a call for help or an opportunity to assist. But, there are times when action is called for. Here is one such example. Read More.
My biggest fear of dying isn’t hell or being locked into some territory of my own mind, but having to live for eternity in a society where incompetent bureaucrats determine our actions and imprison us in their idiotic rules. Where I would have to work with souls who do not merit my respect. Is this fear real or false? Read More
The arrival of Allan Kardec was heralded in the New Testament John 14: 15-17 and 26. The Consoler, advocate, and other translations were made describing the Spirit of Truth who would come to earth and teach us all things. Allan Kardec, who worked with the Spirit of Truth, fulfilled his mission and left five books that tell us the answers to age-old questions. Questions that at some time or another each of us has asked. The answers have arrived, and all you have to do to open the cover, all because of Allan Kardec.
“Nosso Lar”, which means “Our Home” in English, is a movie based on a book that was psychographed by Francisco C. Xavier, dictated by the Spirit Andre Luiz. It is his first book. He tells his story of death, his time between heaven and hell, and his entry into the city “Nosso Lar”. The city he comes to inhabit is a city for spirits, where they learn and work, and some return to earth to continue on their path to growth.
The link below is a link to YouTube where you can watch the entire movie, with English subtitles. Don’t forget, you have to turn on captioning. The original link went to the full movie, but now it costs $3.99 to see on YouTube. Well worth it!

Envy, which has it roots in selfishness, whereby a person has something your desire and you wish to have it for yourself is a character trait that we are on earth to learn to remove. Only when there are more souls on earth who live by the Golden Rule, who don’t fall to the baser emotions of hate, envy and revenge will the earth commence its great climb from a planet of atonement to a planet of regeneration.
Envy has been with us since humans gathered in tribes. A story from the times of Athens, after the Greeks defeated the Persians at the battle of Marathon illustrates the harm that envy can bring. One of the generals who led the Athenians to victory was called Aristides the Just.
In Athens, a person could be banished if six thousand citizens voted to remove him from the city. Aristides’ main opponent, Themistocles arranged to have a vote to banish Aristides. Aristides, who had always acted nobly and fair to all, walk amongst the crowd. A farmer stopped him, without knowing who he was. The farmer didn’t know how to read or write so he asked Aristides to write his vote down for him.
“What name shall I write?” questioned Aristides.
“Oh, put down ‘Aristides,'” answered the farmer.
“Why do you want him sent away? Has he ever done you any harm?” asked Aristides.
“No,” said the farmer, “but I’m tired of hearing him called the just.”
Without saying another word, Aristides calmly wrote his own name on the shell. When the votes were counted, they found six thousand votes against him: so Aristides the Just was forced to leave his native city and go away into exile.
Nothing has changed in the 2,500 years since the time of Ancient Greece, people are still moved by politicians by motives of greed and envy, instead of what is just and good. In the United States there has been literature and research about NDEs (near death experiences). There are many stories on the internet detailing what occurs for people who have had a NDE. The stories could have been lifted from one of the many books psychographed by Francisco C. Xavier. Xavier is a follower of Spiritism, which has been around since the 1850’s, founded by Allan Kardec. Spiritism is able to put NDE’s in context and explains in full what other people, through their experiences, have started to explore. Read More.
