On earth, when a Church or a Temple or any building is built, the process entails creation of a design, afterwards a construction company is selected and begins hiring workers and suppliers to provide the materials. Assembling the physical structure is accomplished by manual labor. In heaven building a temple is also a collective effort, but it is a combination of the force of wills by multiple spirits. “We may place in the first or highest rank those who have reached the degree of relative perfection which constitutes what may be called ‘pure spirits.’ We may place in the second rank those who have reached the middle of the ascensional ladder, those who have achieved the degree of purification in which aspiration after perfection has become the ruling desire. We may place in the third or lowest rank all those imperfect spirits who are still on the lower rungs of the ladder. They are characterized by ignorance, the love of evil, and all the low passions that retard their progress upwards.” Read More.
We are told in Spiritist literature, that a spirit enters a body almost at the same time a sperm fertilizes an egg. We tend to think that a still-born child, while a tragedy for the parents, as an attempt at life gone wrong. There is a complete description of the second order of spirits in Allan Kardec’s, The Spirits Book, starting at question 107. Second order spirits, while in the spirit realm, are composed of more spirit energy than matter. They are less dense than the lower spirits. Many walk around us in everyday life; observing and participating. Third Order spirits are those of us who have left this life in either one or more in these conditions (I have created broad categories): Read More.
In the spirit realm thought is action, thought creates, thought destroys, and thought is the reality. In our physical world, we believe that many discoveries and actions begin with thought, but in parallel with our human thinking, our planet and our universe carries on ruled by natural laws. Natural laws which dictate how stars are formed, planets are created, continents grow and collide, how the weather changes, how our very buildings stand and eventually decay. All unaffected by human minds.
The Spirituality, the Supreme Intelligence, or God (whatever name one wishes to use) thought and the universe was created. Creation by force of will didn’t end there. The spirit realm tells us that ideas still control and effect creation in our physical world.
In the book, Action and Reaction, by Francisco (Chico) C. Xavier, inspired by the spirit Andre Luiz there is a discussion about the power of thought. Andre was at a shelter, built and sponsored by Andre’s celestial city, Nosso Lar. The shelter, “Mansao Paz”, which means Mansion of Peace in English, is in the Lower Zone, so it can be close to the souls who wish to leave and ascend. Read More.
1. Primitive World – Intended for the first incarnations of the human soul. The beings that inhabit them are, to a certain extent, rudimentary. They have the human form but are devoid of any beauty. Their instincts are not tempered by any sentiment of refinement or benevolence, or by any notions of right or wrong. Brute force is the only law. With no industry or inventions, they spend life in conquest of food. Read More.
