This video is the virtual Spiritist meeting by the SSVA (Spiritist Society of Virginia). This is a good introduction to what a Spiritist meeting is all about. It starts with a prayer, then a reading from Spiritist literature, then a talk about a subject (this was my part), passes (where your harmony is rebalanced) and lastly an end prayer.  I hope you enjoy it.
